Selrahco PR began as a tourism-based consulting and marketing company headquartered in Cebu, Philippines. Since nurturing the public relations and communications fields from 1997, its core services have seen significant growth and advancement that broadened the agency’s scope outside tourism.

Led by our founder, Charles Lim, whose experience and expertise in the field greatly contributed to our progressive development as a company, we were able to strengthen our specialties in brand development, events management, marketing communications, media and government relations and crisis management over the years.
